Statutory Rights
None of the following information affects your statutory rights. As a UK based company, Amy Eliza is subject to UK consumer law, thereby giving customers peace of mind.



All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate, and are in UK Sterling (£). Whilst all prices and specifications have been checked, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions. I reserve the right to alter prices or specifications without further notice.


Making Payment
The following payment methods are accepted: Paypal.


The availability of products on the website is updated regularly. In the unlikely event of any item being out of stock, you will be informed as soon as possible.


After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail, acknowledging that your order has been received. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. I accept orders for delivery to any overseas destination and you will be informed of any extra delivery charges by e-mail.


Right to Cancel
You can cancel all or part of your cushion or accessory order prior to its’ dispatch, by e-mail. If the item has already been dispatched, you should contact me immediately.


Refunds Policy
If you need to return a product to me for any reason please contact me before returning any goods – I will allocate a returns code for you.Please do NOT return items without informing me beforehand. You have 14 days for a full refund as long as the item is in its original condition and has not been used.

You will receive an email informing you that your order has been dispatched. Should you have any queries relating to the delivery of your order, please email: <amy@amyeliza.com>. Under normal conditions, orders will be made up and delivered within 5-10 working days or less. I aim for a quick dispatch providing you with a speedy delivery service.


Delivery method
Delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail and your order should take no more than 48 hours to reach you once it has been dispatched. Royal Mail terms apply. I cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to disputes. Please inform me if you wish to arrange a different delivery service in the event that Royal Mail disputes may affect the speed of delivery you require.


For International Orders
Please contact us before you place your order so that we can advise of the most economical shipping costs to your area.


I use Royal Mail to deliver all my orders. It’s important to me that you get your order promptly and should there be a problem, it can be very quickly resolved via your tracking number. Overseas postage to be advised on receipt of order.

My Liability
I guarantee to you that any product purchased from me through the website is of satisfactory condition and suitable for it's recommended use. My liability for losses you suffer as a result of us supplying the product is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.

Import Duty
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Note also that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.


Electronic Communications and Privacy Promise
All contact with you will be actioned by e-mail. I promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes. All information is held on secure servers and I will treat your personal information as fully confidential and with the utmost respect.
